What's helpful to include in a bug report

  • A description of the bug — what happened and what you expected.
  • Steps to reproduce — how exactly to get there.
  • iPhone model, iOS version, app version (shown on the app's page in the App Store).
  • A screenshot or screen recording if the problem is visual.

The email template already includes these points — just fill them in.

Response time

I usually reply within a few business days. Hajime is a one-person project, so if I stay quiet longer — give me a nudge, the message may have gotten lost.
